Training Policies

• All training registration is completed through the Dynamic Pathways website.
• Registration is best completed using a laptop or desktop computer.
• Registrations will not be accepted over the phone.

• In-person classes will be cancelled when Franklin County has a Level 2 snow emergency.
• To confirm class status, call the Dynamic Pathways office at (614) 505-6948 or visit the Dynamic Pathways website.

All training certificates will be emailed within 14 business days following successful completion of all course requirements.

Our trainings utilize a variety of instructional methods, including lecture, demonstrations, role-play, small-group discussion, and interactive activities to support different learning styles.

• Individual staff may not register themselves.
• Agency staff must be registered by a designated person from the provider agency, using a DODD Contract Number to verify necessary credentials.
• Independent Providers must have a DODD Contract Number to verify necessary credentials.
• Per DODD requirements, participants must be able to read and write in English for training and testing purposes.

If a Medication Administration certification has been expired for more than 60 days, the individual must complete Initial Certification 1. Individuals may not administer medications or perform any health-related activities until certification is current.

Participants attending Medication Administration training, whether in-person or virtual, must present a valid photo ID prior to the start of class.

Requests to withdraw or transfer a registration must be received by noon on the business day prior to the training. Requests may be made by emailing admin@dpioh.com or calling (614) 505-6948.

Participants who do not attend a scheduled training will be charged the full training fee.

Participants arriving 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show, will not be admitted to class, and will be charged the full training fee.

All required skills checks, evaluations, and supporting materials must be submitted within 14 days of the training date. After that time, the class will be closed, and the participant must be rescheduled.

Cell phones must be silenced and used only during scheduled breaks unless otherwise approved by the instructor.

• Participants are recommended to sign in at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the training.
• Participants must remain visible on camera throughout the entire training, including their face, hands, and upper body.
• Failure to meet visibility requirements will be considered an electronic absence and may result in forfeiture of training fees.
• Participants experiencing technical difficulties will not be considered in attendance during periods of disconnection. If technical issues prevent participation for more than 15 minutes, the participant may be removed from the training and fees will be forfeited.
• Participants must be able to view the instructor, training materials, demonstrations, and other participants. Any barriers to participation should be communicated to the instructor immediately.

• Participants who disrupt the learning environment or interfere with the training process may be removed from class. The participant’s agency will be notified, and training fees will be forfeited.
• Participants suspected of cheating during testing will automatically fail the training and will be charged the full training fee.

• Dynamic Pathways does not offer interpreter services.
• Agencies and Independent Providers are responsible for arranging interpreter services when needed.
• Interpreters and trainers may not assist participants during testing.
