About Us

I have been with DPI since August of 2022. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies. I have worked in many different office settings providing support for staff to help make their day better. Helping people is my passion! When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my family, serving at Church, going antiquing, and shopping local at small businesses.

I’ve been with DPI since 2018. Prior to DPI, I was a Program Manager for 23 years for a local residential provider. I’ve received my degree as an RN. When I’m not working, I’m enjoying time with my family and friends.

I have been with DPI since March 2021. I have been working as a nurse in the field of DD since 2010.  I attended college at BGSU where I found my passion in this field when I took a position as a direct support professional through Wood County Board of DD to help pay for my college.  I graduated with a degree in dietetics and became a registered and licensed dietitian in 1996.  In 2001, I went back to school to pursue a nursing degree while continuing to work in the field of dietetics.  I became a registered nurse in 2005 and found my way back to working with individuals with developmental disabilities in 2010 as a nurse providing health services coordination, nursing delegation, and teaching medication certification classes to DSP’s and never left the field again.  I am thrilled to be working at Dynamic Pathways where I am afforded the opportunity to support the client, provider, and/or guardian along their life journey. When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my family. In our family, there are a lot of sporting events and extra curriculars that keep our family very busy. And our dogs; a labradoodle named Milo, and a goldendoodle named Molly who are both much loved members of our family, keep us busy too.

I have been working with DPI since September of 2018.  I graduated with my LPN and have a desire to pursue by master’s degree.  When I’m not working I like spending time with my husband, friends, and family.  I enjoy outside activities and travel.

I have been with DPI since December 2021. I believe that if you wake up every day loving what you do, then you won’t live your life working, but rather live your life living. Previously, I was an ADON at a skilled nursing facility and had done long term care for 10 plus years as a nurse. I have 3 kids who keep my life not only busy, but entertaining outside of work.

I have been with DPI since April 2023. When I am not working, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my children.

I have been with DPI since April 2023. I have been a nurse for 26 years. I have held several jobs as a RN. I have worked in intensive care and nursing education. I have taught ACLS and CPR for 13 years. My most recent adventure in nursing is as a school nurse for children with disabilities. I also enjoy teaching!

I have been with DPI since July 2024.

I worked as a DPI Behavior Specialist from 2007 to 2010. I returned to DPI in the fall of 2019. I started in the DD world in 2000 working in different roles, residential, behavior support, administration, training and Medicaid billing. When I’m not working, I’m raising 2 young boys alongside my husband. We enjoy spending time with family and friends.

I’ve been with DPI since 2010. I have 26+ years of experience in the DD world in a variety of roles, including service coordination, provider supervisor, director of day program, QIDP, and an ICF program director. When I’m not working, I’m reading, watching movies and exploring. I like to play and be creative. I live with two cats and a pterodactyl. There is a whole army of lawn gnomes protecting my house. Naps are wonderful.

I have been with DPI since April of 2022. I am a licensed social worker. I received my BSW and MSW from The Ohio State University. I’m married and have three children. I enjoy spending time with my family and writing.

I’ve been in the DD field since 2002 when I started as a Direct Support Professional. I have a 20 history with a provider agency. As a newcomer to DPI (August 2022), I look forward to learning from the experiences of the other Consultants as well as sharing my experience and knowledge with the teams I have the pleasure of working with. When I’m not working, I am spending time with my family and am always looking forward to an opportunity to be in or on a body of water.

I have been with DPI since August of 2023, and have worked in the field of supporting individuals with developmental disabilities for the last 15 years. I am excited to expand my knowledge base by learning about new concepts and actions to support the DD population. In addition to furthering my experience in the field I am enrolled in a Social Work program. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and animals.

I joined DPI in June of 2023. I have a bachelor’s degree in pre-medicine, genetics, and Spanish. During my undergraduate studies, I had the opportunity to work as a provider in a nursing home where I learned that behavior is a form of communication, and every individual should be heard. I am excited to help further convey this message in the world of developmental disabilities as a behavioral consultant.  When I am not working, you will find me reading, singing, doing something fun outside, or hanging out with my puppy, Sol!

I have been with DPI since June 2023. Previously I was residing in Washington state where I spent a few years helping low/no income individuals secure housing, jobs, vouchers, and a variety of other things to allow them to operate independently. I have worked with a variety of mental disorders as well as physical/developmental. I am very family oriented as in my free time I am traveling to see family or spending time in nature to reconnect.

I have been with Dynamic Pathways since April of 2024, and have been supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in varying capacities for over four years now. Before this, I worked in the field of education with children of all ages. I have my Masters degree in education with a graduate level certification in Applied Behavior Analysis. I’m so excited to continue to expand my knowledge by learning as much as possible to support the DD community. When I’m not at work, I can be found hang out with my family, doing yoga, or reading a good book!

I have been with DPI since May of 2024. I have been working in the Developmental Disabilities field since 2007, ranging from a Direct Support Professional, Employment Specialist, Behavior Support Specialist, Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional, and now a Behavior Consultant here at Dynamic Pathways Inc. When I am not with my wife and 5 dogs (yes, you read that right- 5 dogs!) you can find me playing my purple trombone in the Columbus Pride Band or in my mancave watching sports.

I have been with DPI since August 2024. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and spent 7 years as an educator and Behavioral Specialist within the Autism community. Creating meaningful connections has always been my purpose and passion! In my free time, I enjoy yoga and relaxing with my German Shepherd, Nova and Cat, Talia.
